As many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

• A clear photo of the issue

We’ll review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.

However, if you experience any issue with your order, we are always here to help and find a solution.
